One Week

When things are too heavy for your shoulders, do the barbell squat.

Or take a week of break.  Breathe till you fill the cracks of the mirror.

Maybe cells and tissues ripping will sow the pieces of flesh that tore back together.

Maybe Russian twists or abdominal crunches will drill wings to your spine when you fall asleep.

And the space of a week will restore your superhuman strength.
